Chris Hill produces a variety of wood products- mostly turned from native trees. wherever possible these are sourced locally and he has a supply of cherry, oak, ash sycamore, stag horn, and cedar of lebanon which are all air dryed and from the local area.  He uses a variety of finishes to compliment the designs and potential uses of the products. There is a range from no finish to food safe products, oils and waxes.  Chris has also experimented with inlays of crushed stone to enhance the appearence of 'plain' timbers and limewaxing on more open grained timber such as oak.
